About Me
My name is Christina Le and I am a certified massage therapist (CAMTC #92742) living and working in Los Angeles, CA. As a graduate of the National Holistic Institute, I have over 800 hours of training in various massage therapy techniques and related sciences including anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, deep tissue, swedish, shiatsu, myofascial therapies and more.
My practice is rooted in compassion and a genuine desire to alleviate pain and discomfort. I approach each session as an opportunity to connect with my clients, understand their unique needs and tailor my approach to support their healing journey. Whether it's relieving the tension of a stressed professional, soothing the aches of an athlete, or providing comfort to those dealing with chronic pain, my goal remains the same: to be a guiding light on the path to wellness.
A distinct facet of my approach involves integrating guided breath work and meditation with strategic pressure application, facilitating deeper mental and physical release. Prior to becoming a massage therapist I was a high school biology teacher and this background in science empowers me to address anatomical issues such as restricted mobility and injuries.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, going to live music shows, hunting for vintage furniture, camping and spending time with my husband and dog.
